Just picked up my vstar 650, love it, I have a newb question though, Does the transmission run off the same oil that the motor runs on? When I do an oil change, will the oil from the motor case fill the transmission as well? Or does the transmission need to be drained and filled as well? Thanks!

It's a wet clutch--so the engine oil is used for the clutch. There is final drive oil that goes in the rear-end that is different.
