Just bought this bike this week and will be picking it up as soon as the roads dry up probably sometime early April in my neck of the woods.

Can't find anywhere in the manual that explains how to take the OEM Saddle Bags off, but have heard a couple guys saying on video's it's a bit of a pain.

Probably dead simple, but could someone please explain the procedure.

I haven’t removed the bags myself, but this schematic show’s all the attachment bolts for the bags to the brackets. Hope this helps

Thank you. Not selling the bags, just want to remove them for a good detailing.

Taken mine off a couple times. Recall a rubber grommet and spacer for each of the 4 mounting bolt holes for my bags, be carful of losing a piece and i remember they want to go flying when its taken apart.
Other than that, its routine.
