had three things done to the bike over winter new tires front and rear,i had the seals replaced in one fork tube.i took the tube and had them replace and i installed.and progressive springs which i actually did in august and had no noticible problem.so know i get a pogo or bounce at 45 to 55 mph.

When a problem crops up right after some maintenance work was done, look at that work. Were the new tires properly balanced? That tends to be a culprit if the bouncing happens at a certain speed. When the fork seal was replaced, did the shop install the right fork oil in the correct quantity? A fork without oil will bounce because the oil is what makes the shock damping work.

i had the balance checked on the rear wheel it had no effect.my next step is remove the front wheel and check for round and balance.while the tire is off i'll remove the springs and see if the tubes slide up and down easily....i've had the fluid at 4",5" 5.5", and 6".no effect.
