Changing speedo from mph to km Canada

I'm thinking of buying a Roadliner in the Buffalo NY area (I'm in Toronto). The diff is $6k on the msrp so it makes it worth it. Has anyone changed the speedo? Can you just change the faceplate or does the whole speedo need replacing? Cost?

If you don't mind the contrast, it only means our km/hr shows inside the US miles/hr and in smaller font ..... will that work for you?
I can work with that. I didn't think km showed up at all.
Km/ Miles

I could not find how, but I believe you can change the Odometer to read Km. You might ask the dealer about that. Could be wrong on this.

As Tobiquer said you would read the Km on the smaller print inside the scale of the speedometer.
