I apologize, I'm sure my answer is on here I'm just too lazy to find it.
I have a aftermarket exhaust. On my 2007 v star 1100 custom.
From what I've read about removing the Air Induction System will significantly help with my decel backfire.
But I don't want to remove it. I like to keep my bike as close to stock as I can.
So. On the air intake side of the module I capped it off. I left all the hoses that everyone else is loping around in the same place. Except the little 5/16 line on the supply side of the module I golf Td it.
Did I successfully bypass my system?
