The Clevver can be adapted to the Custom models by switching out the Custom lever housing with the Classic lever housing.

This is done by removing the left grip, switch housing and lever housing, installing the Clevver and Classic lever housing, and remounting the switch holder and grip.

The Clevver is sturdier and stronger and about 3/8" wider than the Custom lever, but will probably go unnoticed as being different than the brake lever. I have mismatched levers on my personal bike, and after 48,000+ miles, no one has ever noticed the difference.

Neither the Clevver nor the lever housing comes in black.

Both the Clevver and the lever housing at one low price...

You're not going crazy, peavine.
The supply of OEM Custom levers seems to have dried up...not available in the volume and frequency we needed, and the ones we could get were way too expensive.
We stopped making them altogether but I buckled under customer pressure to find a solution. The new "kit" consisting of the Clevver and the lever housing is what we came up with. It's sturdier, safer and smooth as silk.
Thanx,
Roger
