Really like that. I thought about going a simular route but wanted to try my cost effective way first. Having the vibration that my bike has the fairing mount I tried first didn't work. Looking forward (and backwards ) to your video posting.
This is going to be pretty cool in September at the meet and greet. If not mistaken ChiefGunner, GARider, Bucfan11 and I will have video cameras. We should have some great videos to post. Also if not mistaken the four of us have CBs so if evenly spaced out good open communication will be easy.
Bucfan11, looks very nice. When you have some time, could you also post a pic or two of how you have this mounted? My bikes different but the concept should be similar. Looks like you have them down some, maybe on highway bars?
NEVER MIND, kust looked at teh first video, I thought that was an add from the manufacturer.
I like the idea of a dash cam for when stupid cages do stupid things around you.
I recently added the Backoff Brake Light module to my SVTC. Since I wanted to minimize cutting wires I added it to the trunk light only.
Two reasons for this.
1) it kept the fender brake light stock, so hopefully no tickets for a flashing brake light.
2) the cutting was done in the trunk so...

For those knowledgable on going "Darkside", I am considering this tire from General Tire.
Local shops have it fr $90 + tax and fees.
Most of you change your own oil like I do. I found this last oil change that I did and around the filler cap was wet. So I wiped it off and it was oil. I thought I didn't tighten the oil filler cap tight enough, I checked and I did.
Tonight I changed my spark plugs and I noticed that it was wet...
Well, there was a post somewhere talking about changing the spark plugs without having to pull the gas tank as the manual says.
Well, today I put that to the test and can say it does work.
You have to take out the two screws at the base of the gas tank and then lift it up enough to stick a small...
The whole thing is supposed to be a little silly, but I still think it's also kinda cool. I figured since I have a land yacht, it needed a name and that name should be on display. I think the vinyl lettering actually looks pretty damn good.
