Exhaust interfere with Bags?

I'm thinking of purchasing the Vance and Hines pipes for my amazing v star 950. However i see they have a curve to them. Would this be an issue if i was to put bags onto the bike? Should i look straight pipes(cobra?)

I just put a set of Willie and Max zz83446 on my 950. There is about 4 inches between bottom of bag and top of muffler. I don't know how far up the pipes come that you are looking at. The stock muffler is pretty big.
