Have read every thread on here that I can find regarding exhaust mods (hole drilling, Phelps baffle removal, and slash cut/gut). I would really like to hear from those who have been running these mods for a while and what they think of them now. Has anyone had to rejet after these mods? Loss of power? I am saving up for new pipes but would like to do the Phelps mod now to get me by.

I would really like to hear from those who have been running these mods for a while and what they think of them now. Has anyone had to rejet after these mods? Loss of power? I am saving up for new pipes but would like to do the Phelps mod now to get me by.'09 V STAR 950T. I did the mod about 3500 miles ago, I am at 4000 miles now and I like the improvement. Louder, but not too loud, a little popping on long decell's, maybe a little more power, I did the airbox mod too. I like low dollar improvements!! Hope this helps ?!?!
