Caliper and forks look dry. I changed hose caliper washer. but still have a leak. I think it may be the hose but not sure. anyone esle ever had a hose go bad?

Wet, rotor and pads, … caliper, and forks appear dry.
I will guess brake fluid is getting by the calipers piston seal.
pistonseal can leak when moisture in the brake fluid /over a period of time caused the iron in the caliper piston to oxidize rust which wears out the seal.

If he changed the washer. I’d assumed that he tried to bleed the line. Would probably figure it out where it was coming from. Also assuming crush washer.
