Just used these gloves for the first time yesterday. 34 degrees rode highway speeds for an hour.
Dexterity: 10/10
Very Good. Never had a winter motorcycle glove with this much flexibility. Pre-curved fingers in the gloved help.
Warmth: 9/10
Also very good. After 20 minutes I turned the heat on but I did not need to. I only did it to test the heating.
Heating element: 7/10
Pretty good for a battery. Hands never got hot, but stayed comfortable and warm the whole ride. Back of hands felt the warmest but the fingers did get some heat as well.
Overall: 8/10
I really like these gloves and they do the trick. If it was temps in the teens you might need to add a liner. These are thinner than most other winter riding gloves which is what I wanted. I would imagine that gloves that plug into the bike battery might be a slight bit warmer. I would recommend these gloves to anyone, especially if you don't want to mess with wires. They don't get hot but they will keep your hands warm.
