Welcome from eastern Canada Lee. You picked a great forum and the V Star lineup is a great choice for your next ride. Comfortable, with good power and very reliable. Like the others have said, let us know which model you're looking for and we can give some good tips and advice.

Looking at an 1100 V star........and going down the bobber route (don't shun me).
Probably an early 2000 model custom so that i don't have to modify the front fender (must have fenders here in Australia).
