Does anyone know where I could get a kit to delete the fuel cutoff solenoids?

I know with the 650, the carbs changed slightly in 2006 onward.
On those, the simple solution is to remove an o-ring gasket in the float bowl . It went by two names, one was
"stand off sleeve" . I don't know the carbs of the 1100, but might be similar.
