I have a 1999 650 Classic. Can anyone tell me if the tanks are universal on the 650? Mine has a dent and is leaking fuel thru it. e-bay has a few but not all are 1999 models. Any help would be appreciated, I gotta RIDE !!!

you can go to the yamaha parts website and see how many years it fits..................RESEARCH PEOPLE

Just check a Fiche....www.dgy.com has one on there. See if the part numbers are the same. I would GUESS they are compatible, as the 650 hasn't really changed from '98 to present as far as I know. Make sure you confirm before you go blowing any cash though!!
