I am installing a trailer hitch on a 2002 V Star 1100 Custom and I need to relocate the rear turn signals.

Can somebody tell me where they connect to the wiring harness? I would like the replace the leads rather than splice them, but I can't determined where they connect, looks like they disappear under the inter fender.

I have no idea if this will apply to you but I just relocated my turn signals on my 650 Custom and all the connectors were inside the taillight. It was VERY convenient as I didn't want to cut and splice either.

There were three nuts holding the tail light assy inside the fender, a little difficult to locate (ended up removing the fender to find them).

I hope this helps

bulletbill, I didn't see you in the new member intros, but read your profile, very happy you are here, so glad to see us old guys still hangin tough, with many to go. Maybe it will give the younger guys something to look forward to, you do not get too old to do what you love. Congrats, and be active on the forum!:D
