Looking for someone that has a hypercharger on a Vstar 650 and can tell me if it is worth it. I have a chance to get one for free on a swap for my stock carbs and air box setup.
I've read some reviews and say the gain is very impressive, and some that say it was the worst thing they did to their bike.
Any info would be greatly appreciated

Good for you. I wonder if you have stock exhaust and jets? I have heard to get much out of a air intake change (Max air or Hypercharger.) you need to rejet and change the exhaust.

Nope swapped out the complete carbs with his setup that was already jetted for a set of V&H Cruisers, definately runs great and I'm running Road Burner Long Shots 2.5" straight pipes with baffles....bike sounds sweet...and has DEFINATELY picked up a bit of power, my seat test yesterday reported that the low end power is close to <SEG> (**** eating grin) stage.......really put a smile on my face when I twisted the throttle.....if I can I'll try to put up a video clip
