When my motorcycle is fully loaded, the rear suspension breaks through to the mudguard, and when turning left, the motorcycle scrapes the footrest on the asphalt. Has anyone wondered about changing the ground clearance?

What is your rear shock pre-load set at? Just FYI, when we're two up and fully loaded I run the preset at "4" and (as of yet) don't have problems with excessive bottoming out or floorboard scraping. Wife and I combine for about 350 pounds and no telling how much we had in luggage on this trip, but every nook and cranny was packed tight.
I had not heard of that particular failure but it sure would create havoc. Hopefully @veda.by is still in warranty.
