I just installed the Memphis shades lowers, I have the OEM windshield with light bar. I found it a bit tight to the lights though. How many others have installed these in this set-up? I haven't been able to check out what angle I need. Any suggestions? Hopefully weather breaks soon and I can see how much of a difference they will make. What are the opinions of those that have them?

I have the same set up as you, here is what I did: Put them on took a ride, no good, adjust, ride again, no good, I finally turned them upside down, pulled them as high as they would go against the light bar and bingo, perfect. You may have to ride some more and adjust the angle to be just right. Now my cap don't blow off, can light a smoke with my ol zippo(at reasonable speed) the best add on I have put on my bike, love it. Hope this helps a bit.

Have you got any pics? I'm not sure if I have them upside down or not? Lol
I just put them on the way I thought they should go. I will try and post a pic of mine tomorrow!

I finally got a chance to get out for a ride and try the new lowers, all I can say is wow what a difference it makes. Almost all the buffeting is gone, I am going to try and fine tune them a little more. I would recommend them to anyone, don't know if it makes a difference what brand or style. I can't compare them to anything else. I'm still trying to post pics, maybe tomorrow night I will have time.

I finally got to ride my 950 with the M.S. lowers I put on this winter.
Because of the crash bar that's on my bike, I have very little room for adjustment - I may take the crash bar off...
And, oh yes, they make a WORLD of difference, and it's SOO GOOD!
I was thinking I'd have to buy a new windshield or even a fairing to do any real travelling.

Q: Are all the M.S. lowers curved? Mine are. I had to mount them cupped side out - like a snow plow on end vs curved side out - like the leading edge of an airplane wing.
