I'm putting new exhaust on my 14 deluxe. Do I have to get it tuned? If so do most bike shops do that or specialty bike shop

After replacing the full exhaust. If I would want to add things down the road I'd have to have it flashed again?

Think it's worth upgrading the air filter? (Which route on that is best)
If I'm gonna get the ECU flashed probably be good idea to get air filter upgraded prior, got exhaust on the way.

NO. Ivan's flash accommodates changes you make before and after. This has been asked and answered by Ivan numerous times. No re-flash is needed for adding or changing parts.

To see what an aftermarket intake and pipes with and without flash do, see this https://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/vstar13.htm
