I'm putting new exhaust on my 14 deluxe. Do I have to get it tuned? If so do most bike shops do that or specialty bike shop

You need an aftermarket fuel processor (Cobra is good), or your ECM unit reflashed by Ivan's Performance Products.

If you upgrade the air filter too you will definitely have to get a fuel processor or an ECU flash by Ivan. If you plan on keeping the bike I would get the ECU flashed whether you do the upgrades or not. Really smooths the bike out and makes it run so much better.

Think it's worth upgrading the air filter? (Which route on that is best)
If I'm gonna get the ECU flashed probably be good idea to get air filter upgraded prior, got exhaust on the way.

NO. Ivan's flash accommodates changes you make before and after. This has been asked and answered by Ivan numerous times. No re-flash is needed for adding or changing parts.
