Glad you finally got into the saddle...hope you have a great time riding. I would think you are going to see some beautiful country and have lots of great rides with all the mountainous terrain and winding roads.
Just a word of caution...remember a large number of accidents happen within the first year of riding...new riders. So, keep your head/heart in control, your eyes and attention focused like an eagle and be careful.
Looking forward to hearing/seeing more of what you are going to be seeing...yeah, a little jealous but, hey its always about the ride.

I'm looking for a e-shop in Europe selling hard saddle bags for my V-Star 1100. There's a lot to choose from in USA, but i don't realy want to pay extra 20-30% border tax. Any ideas where i could buy hard saddle bags similar to this?
I have just bought a dragstar 650 which has a Dunlop D404 rear tyre fitted. The weather in the UK has been rather wet recently (as usual) and I have had my rear end lose grip and slide several times cornering in the wet which is a little scary.
Assuming the wet weather grip on the Dunlop is to...
