I have been beating my head against the wall trying to get my wired helmet to accept the audio from my TC. Manual hasn't been any help. On my Goldwing it just a selection on the handlebar.

Make sure its a 7 wire headset.
Make sure the connectors are plugged in good.
Audio settings - output - put a checkmark on the helmets

Volume up high enough to hear.

Found two problems:
1. My old GW cord was only 5 pins; luckily I had a 7 pin piglet.
2. I had the headset turned on in the Info; but, the speakers must be selected off. GW was just one button on the left grip with a simple in or out. It turned the speakers off and the headset on.

Life is good again!
