How can i find the paint code color for my bike?

2001 vstar 1100 classic. Is it encoded in the vin#? its 2 tone metallic red and cream color on sides the tanks and tops of fenders.

Your dealer should be able to tell you. or you might try an automotive paint supply store. They have color chips for all makes of vehicles. They can also mix up the paint and put into an aersol can.

Look around here, they are suposed to have your paint. This page should take you too a page that should find your paint. Not sure about your code. If this doesn't get it go to colorrite.com.
