Looking for some advice here. Where I live there are two kids with pocket racing bikes and they are often on them ripping up and down the street. Now, they don't do this enough to really peeve me, but it's only a matter of time before one of them becomes a hood ornament.
My question is: Should I have a chat with the parents and let em know what they are up to? You'd think they'd know already wouldn't you?
