Its not a problem to put a tube in a tubeless tire. I have one in mine. You still won't be able to plug it if you get a flat on the road, because of the spokes.

Putting Tube in tubeless tire
I have a Vstar classic 1100 2000yr.
I wanted to change the rear tire.
I cant find a tube tip tire online (Usually it doesnt state that if it has a tube or not)
I wanted to buy a tubeless tire, am i able to put a tube in it?
And will there be any problems or anything?

You sure the bead will seal properly?
Bead doesn't have to seal, there's a tube inside. If you were meaning would the tire stay on the rim yes the diameter of the hole is the same.
