Can any of you folks tell me what the actual ration of this shaft drive rear wheel is? (example 4:11 2:88 3:73) I am building a trike and need some kind of idea what kind of rear end I need to be equal to the final drive of the bike as stock. Any info would be appreciated.

This is not a v star it is Road star. Don't think it is what you want but, take a look at these ratio's.

Yamaha V Star Midnight Edition

It is a V Star~! its a 2008, it is a 1100, I need the final ratio of the rear hub/wheel not the transmission gearing. It will work just fine for what I want~! I just need to figure out what car rear end to cut down to get close to the ratio.....................
