My rear brake is sticking on my 2009 vstar 650 Classic and I’m not sure on how to fix it. The bike has drum brakes and from what I’ve seen imma have to take it apart and clean it but was wanting to see if I could try anything else before I have to take the exhaust off and everything

It's also worth checking the brake lever position adjustment screw (it's on the underside of the lever) to ensure that it hasn't come loose and walked out some. I had an issue where my rear brake was rubbing and found this to be the issue...
