Yes I could. But it is the thrill of the hunt. I was PM'ed by someone when he got a couple in a row and asked if he was going to fast. I told him the fastest was ChiefGunner and there is always the next target. Now go out there and get that piece of art that makes no sense. I am not worried about #'s but I do enjoy getting the target.

Any silly public art. Sacramento paid 8 million for "piglet" by Jeff Coons. Anything the city or museum has outdoors the maybe you don't think of as art.

Im throwing down the gaunt let
Im stopping after work at a piece of art that has been famously debated since it was erected many years ago
I will post the photo when I get home

but fair warning: the last challenge I posted went unanswered for 5 months ( a photo of the elementary school you attended) ....

A photo of the camera elusive KCW in full riding gear, with Ursa The She-Bear

and a sculpture at the student union of the Rochester Institute of Technology

called The Sentinel

The discussion has been endless:

why is a technology institute displaying an in-animate object as a symbol of their university?!

what is the Sentinel standing guard over, and against who or what? Other statues?! Alien space craft?!
or what disease is it a warning of?! Which parts are the Sentinel and which parts are his weapon?!
Is that a giant pair of scissors sticking up?!

noun
noun: sentinel; plural noun: sentinels
  1. a soldier or guard whose job is to stand and keep watch.
    • MEDICINE
a thing that acts as an indicator of the presence of disease.
___

next challenge: your bike in the vicinity of a power generation system:

it can be hydro, nuclear, coal/gas steam, wind, solar, geo thermal... but it must be a facility that generates electric power for more than one building or home

ie. solar panels on the roof of a house - no
a solar or wind farm with many panels or windmills - YES!

and....... ............................... GO!

BTW, this is how you take a self-ee with a camera

you set the self timer to 10 seconds, put the camera down, push the shutter release and RUN

it requires physical coordination and advanced photography skills... you must be able to count to TEN!

Power station eh??
Well, here’s the hydroelectric dam which also supplies cooling water to the nuclear power plant to the right of it hidden by the trees. Tried a few Different roads to get a view of it, but they’re all controlled access.
