yes - squinting or a failing eyesight might take care of it LOL! Or Step back a few paces.
But seriously, I've never seen anything out there.

Chrome Polish may help to hide them by making th chrome around them shinier. Jewelers Rouge and a buffing wheel for more advanced polishing. If it's chrome next to a painted surface remove before trying to buff, mistakes can be costly.

I've tried "with limited sucess" the eyeglass scratch remover compound

It's transparent and fills in microscopically the groove as long as its a surface scratch. It tends to gloss over and hide the scratch from an initial view

then it depends on the local weather you have for how long between applications.

If its deep, then buffing and polishing is the only way to eliminate it.
