I got my 2006 1100 Silverado out this spring. It revs like crazy (warmed up) in neutral or when shifting. Throttle woks ok -- only way to slow her down is by choaking it halfway --- Any ideas?

Have you tried backing off the idle fuel bypass adjustment? Carburated Yamaha's typically have a thumb wheel valve in the middle of a fuel line that goes to the idle jets. On really cold winter days I've got to open up my idle bypass valve because the carb heaters can't overcome the heat loss so the idle is either too slow at the normal setting or it is too rich if I choke it any. I've got to then close it back down on spring days to slow down the idle to prevent the issue you have.
