Snow storm fast approaching! Yamaha seeping in storage.

Good day all, I am from the east coast of Canada PEI to be exact. I ride a 2003 Vstar 1100 custom, which i bought new. I since installed, Hypercharger, Jet kit, Dyna 3000 performance ignition, and Cobra slash cut slip-on's. I am adding a Dyna coil and wire set, 429 street race cams, porting my intake manifold and High-Flow Petcock, I am hoping to get around to adding a performance clutch. I am looking for anyone who has dome some or all of the following and to get some feedback on results. And if so lucky perhaps a dyno chart.
