I had Shinko's on my R6 (sportbike). Put one set on, and never used another brand after that. They were really good and sticky tires. The tread was soft though, which made it handle carving corners great. Im not sure how they would be on a cruiser, but I also planned on looking into them, when I have to change mine out. They did really well in Florida rain and kept there grip. But like I said, it was on a sportbike. Im sure by the looks of that link, its a more cruiser friendly compound.

I put Shinko 777's on my '01 Roadie, back when I had it. They were great tires for the money, lasted me 4k miles, which is all I can say since the bike was totalled shortly after my 4k mark (I wasn't on the bike).
