My 2005 Vstar 1100 Classic turned over 30,000 miles yesterday. Only 2,500 of those miles are mine. The funny thing is that I bought this bike from a guy who is about 2 hours from where I live. I took a ride out to Morrow Mountain yesterday that went by his house. It turned over 30,000 about a mile from his place. Thought that was pretty neat. I am looking to put 30,000 of my own miles on it.

Im 1000 miles behind you on my 2005 VS650 Classic

20,000 of them are all mine in the last 4 years - bought the bike when it was 8 years old with only 9k on the odo.

Pretty sure I will roll it over to 30k miles before the snow sets in.

I met a moto-guru who would call your bike a baby! Hehe. :) mine is too with 20,200+ ... I put 14,000 on it this past season!

The worst thing you can do to a Yamaha motor is not ride it!

Here's to many, many more miles!

Agree, YamaMassGirl, it's a baby. 14,000 miles in the past season? You will be passing mine VERY soon. Next season sounds like. :)

Here, here, too many more miles!
