even though the 950 sets low, it is still NOT a short persons bike.

it still needs to be lowered (~$40 on ebay, $80 @ dealer)

it needs the seat cut & remade to move the rider forward.

even then, my 5'0 wife could not reach to brakes and the front shifter peg at the same time.

so we took it to a local shop to have the pegs moved back an inch.

we also moved the horn down to the bottom of the electronic ignition.

what really crappy is due to the poor packaging, the factory welded all the tabs on the frame, so now, you either have these big hooks on the frame, or you grind them off.

Guys, this might seem stupid as hell for a question, but I have an 1100 custom (2007) and I was wondering if you knew how the heck to get your stock pegs off to mount a heel/toe shifter and floorboard.
