Hello,

I am about to put my bike on long term storage (1 year) and reading the owner's manual, it is said to drop a teaspoon of motor oil into the cylinders. I took a look at the bike and it looks pretty difficult to remove the spark plugs without removing the gas tank and other stuff.

Does anyone have a step-by-step procedure on how to do this out there? Thanks!

The manual just says remove the chrome cover, remove spark plug wire and remove sparkplug. 1. These covers are usually rubber mounted work it back n forth and it'll pop loose. 2. I usually use a socket, extension and a swivel so I don't get close to the tank and paint.
