I just got my motorcycle liscense in december of '09. I got the v-star 950 as my first bike. Since then I've been learning all kinds of new things all the time. But there aren't always answers and I find it harder since the 950 is a brand new model and not a lot of information that I can find. So peg adaptors for the passenger pegs you need are kurakyn peg adaptors part 8811 not the vstar 1300 ones. Have the dynojet power commander v with autotune and the check engine light comes on. You need a 330 ohm resistor on the stock o2 sensor plug on the very bottom 2 wires to get the light off. i stuck the resistor into the stock o2 sensor and plugged it back in and zip tied the sensor to the frame. i just bought some at radio shack for 99 cents for 5. Since I couldn't find an o2 eliminator for my bike. Found that info for another bike on the net and figured out how to apply it to mine. If you order the run turn brake controller 4612 from custom dynamics you will need to reorganize the wiring in the harness to meet the same colors on the stock harness to get it to work. if you get the heat demons grip warmers you will need to cut like 4 small washers (2 on top 2 bottom) flat on one side and place them in between the controller and the brake reservoir to keep from cracking the unit. (took me 3 of them to get that right.) Have custom world international passing lamps and they killed my battery when run all the time. So I tapped the wire into the high beam circuit so i can turn them on and off with the high beam. So I kinda just rambled on about a few things. If you have any input please put it down. It helps, trust me.

No offense whatsoever intended...but dude....punctuation is your friend. Learn to embrace paragraph breaks. ;)
