Pink Floyd, oh hell yes. I also get Neil Young's Unknown Legend in my head when out riding...

Somewhere on a desert highway
She rides a Harley Davidson
Her long blond hair flyin' in the wind...
She's been runnin' half her life
The chrome and steel she rides
Colliding with the very air she breathes...

In my garage I have a CD player and 4 speakers and jam whenever possible. I’m with NorthernRider on Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd, and David Gilmore’s solo from their Pompey concert. Anything from Journey when Steve Perry was lead singer, amazing voice, and.38 special. I’m spoiled as I was into music when people could actually sing, no echo chambers needed, and bands could actually play.

I want to hear Meatloaf sing Paradise by the Dashboard Light

with the guy and the girl singing each others lines.

Guy: do you love me, will you love me forever will you need me...?
Girl: Let me sleep on it, baby baby, and I'll tell you in the morning
Guy: I gotta KNOW RIGHT NOW!

What song makes you stop what you are doing...crank it up and sing along? Mine was Turn the Page by Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band.
J.Geils, "Must'a got lost"...the one with the long intro. Don't play it if I'm around, you will hear me "sing"...:(
Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen, "Hot Rod Lincoln".

I got to thinking about a few times my wife has reminded me of my singing talents..Here are a couple of examples...
One time while singing September by Earth, Wind and Fire she asked me who sings that? When I told her who it was she told me to keep it that way.
Then I was busting out Justin Timberlake's Bringing Sexy Back....She peered up from the book she was reading and quipped....Let me know when it gets here..

Crushed I was...So I slinked out to the garage where a more friendly audience awaited...tools,buckets, rakes, shovels...they dont say much but you just have to know... they dig it...

I have a ritual at work

whenever an electronic circuit board or power system is powered up for the first time
you have to sing the chorus of Smoke on the Water before you throw the power mains on

if you dont all the smoke will leak out

but its "Slow Talking Walter, the Fire Engine Guy..."
