I'm purchasing a 2015 Stratoliner S but its missing the owners manual. I downloaded a Roadliner manual which I found online. But I dont know which model is mine. It shows all these but without descriptions and/or model year. Are any of these for the Stratoliner?
XV19SW(C) XV19W(C) XV19MW(C) XV19CTSW(C) XV19CTW(C) XV19CTMW(C)

thanks. LZ

I have a Stratoliner S, all the functions other then the stuff in the fairings is exactly the same between all roadliners and stratoliners , the only difference is the pretty shiny stuff, engine, tires, wheels, belt ,dash, handlebar controls are the same, just the fairing added a couple things in it.

I had to figure this out when I bought my Strat. According to my research, the Stratoliner S carries the "CTS" model designation.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the manual downloads Jspree. Thats a great help. I assume I can use the Roadliner service manuals for the Strat as well. You said the engines are the same?

All bikes listed above are the same bikes.
The base it the Roadliner.
Add chrome to it and it becomes the Roadliner S.
Black it out and it becomes the Roadliner Midnight.

Take the Roadline and add a windscreen, passenger backrest and bags, it turns into the Stratoliner.
Add chrome to the Stratoliner and you get the Stratoliner S.
Black it out and it becomes the Stratoliner Midnight.

Now take them all and try to sell them in California with CA emissions and they all get the C.

What I listed was for the year 2007 as the model numbers were listed in the original post.
In 2007 XV19W was the Roadliner but in 2006 it was XV19V.
Then, it looks like Yamaha dropped the base and only had the S but they list two models from what I can gather.
So in 2008 you have Roadliner XV19SXR, XV19SXCR (CA) and XV19SXW, XV19SXCW (CA).
2009 Roadliner XV19SYG,XV19SYCG (CA) and XV19SYR, XV19SYCR (CA).
Moving forward in years they change.
Also those in Stratoliner and Midnight. Those model numbers change each year adding to the confusion.
Then the Deluxe was added.
Maybe Yamaha thought they would copy Harley by making confusing models numbers.

Thanks for the detailed explanation. This explains a lot of confusion.
