This year will have an opportunity to take my Vstar 950cc on a 3000KM (1864 miles) + ride. Will average 1200 KMS over three days there. And the same back. Any one gone on these kinds of trips with there's? Cheers

The bike does just fine, it loves to eat up the highway miles and moderately twisty roads, but make sure you have a good aftermarket seat, because the stock seat will destroy you on the first day.

took my 950 on a 3000 mile trip in one week, over 800 on the first day alone. echo on replacing the stock seat. i went from getting fatigued butt in 100 miles to never getting butt fatigue again with the wide solo mustang seat. also recommend highway pegs to be able to stretch out your legs. at 5'10" i find it really helpful to be able to move my legs out on the highway. and a windshield.
