I have a 650. How do I remove the headlight. Specifically the clip the holds the top of the light. I am replacing original halogen with led.

Remove the two screws in the side of the head light bucket (one on each side). Then pull the bottom of the headlight housing (the chromed rim that goes around the lense) forward. Once the bottom is free you then keep pulling the whole housing out in a slight downward motion whilst rocking it a little to free the top piece.

I just use a screwdriver and pop it off. Can be a bugger to get back on.

I like it. It has the typical led light issue of hard edges so very dark edges when turning. But much brighter than original. I have the JW Speaker adaptive light on my Victory. If it didn't cost also half the price of my Yamaha I would get one for it

It's a resistance issue due to LED lights requiring less voltage and you are experiencing a feed back issue. Normally an inline resister is needed to cure. Just google:

motorcycle led turn signal both side blinking at the same time

Several good videos come up.

@SirPoonga I had a similar issue when I changed my turn signals to LED. Just the front was fine, but when I changed the rear as well it made all four flash at the same time. You can add load resistors like @lesblank is suggesting or there is a mod you can do to the wiring for your turn signal indicator bulb (it's backfeeding across this). Read this if you are interested in the mod:

Watch this video, might help explain better:

Well, not sure where to go from here then! How do you have the fork lights wired? In series or parallel with the respective front turn signal?

I would double check your wiring, you are getting a backfeed, can get it if you are using a common ground.

Might try diode to turn signal dash bulb to counteract feedback.

I have done the diode. 5 years ago when I did it I understood why after looking at the schematic. This does not have that situation unless it is internal tot he headlight. Maybe that is the case. For now I unwired the headlight turn signals and just the running light.
